ITIL Training and Exams
As ITIL is now such an established framework, there are a wide range of training optins available, from in-hourse course, to computer based or online training through to traditional classroom training. We may bring a selection onboard to this portal at some point in the future.
The certification and examination process is managed via two independent organizations:
EXIN: The Examination Institute for Information Science
ISEB: The Information Systems Examination Board.
These two bodies organise and control the certification process and procedures around it.
To ensure a consistent level of quality in course delivery they also accredit training organisations. It is important therefore to check that your training provider is accredited by one of them.
